This intuitive Search & Management Software included in all Recall versions, enables listening to the recordings, tag them, or assign them to different categories to make later searches easier.

Access levels are restricted through a login and password, and according to the user profiles, critical operations may be enabled or disabled, for example: listening to recordings of other extensions, erase recordings or sending recordings by email. Managers may conduct full trace audits to determine who has accessed any recordings in the system for playback, export or other critical functions.

The software is available as a multi-user Windows application, or in web version accessible from any device connected to internet.


Recall Alarms
Immediate event alert system

All the models in the Recall range may incorporate an optional application which detect events affecting the proper system operation.

The application informs the system administrator in real-time, via email, or through an event viewer on the screen. The alarms report inactivity in the lines or extensions, device disconnections, hard disk saturation or data base errors.

Opening hours are taken into account in order not to report inactivity alarms when the company is closed.



Line Recording

Recall is able to record all the types of trunk lines: PRI (ISDN or MFC-R2), BRI, Analog, SIP, as well as radio channels.

Recording from different sources may be combined on a simple system and may be managed from a single user interface. In general, trunk recording is cheaper than extension recording, as the number of channels is generally smaller.

Line recording is the ideal solution for the full recording of the telephone calls in the company.


Extension Recording

Recall is able to record all the types of terminals: SIP, TDM, IP, Analog and Radio.

Recording from different sources may be combined on a simple system and may be managed from a single user interface.

This type of solution is used for on-demand and selective recording, as well as for recording of internal traffic.
